課程概述 |
This course is designed to guide graduate students applying different bioinformatic tools to launch genomic study. With real-world data and abundant information from public databases, the students will learn how to integrate and interpret information the annotated functions of genes in gene level as well as in genomic level. |
課程目標 |
1.how to apply sequence analyses of DNA and protein sequences;
2.how to analyze and utilize bioinformatic databases;
3.how to proceed gene prediction, SNP prediction and protein structure;
4.how to start a phylogenetic analysis; |
